The first part sounds alright except the hissing sound is rather distracting. Note that the piano was a Baldwin and the picture is rather blurred: it is somewhat like watching TV with your reading glass or even worse. So, sound and picture-wise, it is categorically below the general standard. But there is some music after all as the piano playing is great. For the Rachmaninov, it sounds more like an old piano in disrepair which is badly out of tune: quite annoying or even unbearable to say the least." |
