When a book is optioned for film sequel rights are also sold. That explains why this in name only abomination was made. The director is some total incompetant with no clue what he's doing. The cast give hideous performances that come off as parody. The plot is unoriginal beyond belief. This is a cheap attempt to cash in on the original film that fails in every way. Mila Kunis should stick to doing tv since it's obvious she has no real talent to speak of.

Mila brings a whole new meaning to Obsessed. She's obsessed with being William Shatner's aid and will stop anyone by any means to get it. Fun movie with quirky background music. Not the best movie out there, but a fun ride nonetheless.

Miracles do happen - this film getting made is one of them

"17 minutes into "American psycho 2" I fell victim to crippling stomach pains which, quite frankly came as something of a relief. I persisted through the appalling dialogue and commentary, only finding occasional reprieve from the pain via William Shatners comical acting and random swearing. After 45 minutes I was wondering what kind of exceptional conspiracy or super bribery had allowed this film to be in any way affiliated with American psycho. At the films "conclusion" it became more than obvious that the director had screwed the pooch and would hopefully never work again. As the credits rolled by I found myself lying on the floor, hunched double in anger and agony.
My tests and examinations at the hospital revealed acute functional dyspepsia precipitated by the atrocious soundtrack. I feel one day, with careful tuition and support, I could rent a DVD again, but it sure won't be this kind of stomach bending, straight to video pap."

"This movie deserves 0 stars.
I've read the book and watched American Psycho.THIS MOVIE IS A DISGRACE TO PATRICK BATEMAN!Reasons NOT to see this movie:
1) The entire plot is predictable within the first 10 minutes.
2) Barely any Gore, little blood, not a horror movie.
3) It has a "cute" ending.
4) Mila doesn't get naked, no nudity whatsoever.Save your money for the book "American Psycho" by Bret Easton Ellis."
Worst Movie Ever (they made me give it one star)

"OK, so shame on me for even watching this waste of film, but it seemed semi interesting at the time. First off the movie opens with some crappy tie in to the origonal American Psycho, whitch completely distrois the premiss of the first. Second off the plot revolves around 4 or 5 (I realy cant remember, nor care) students all vieing for the covenented posision of Teachers Assistant, which causes our main chuaracter to kill off the competition. Oh by the way the class there in is about Serial killers, and if you get the TA posission you get to go work for the FBI. So anyway, this movie is so bad its funny. That would be about the only good thing I can say about it. Any teen/slasher movie cliche that you could think of is loosely thrown together here. I forced my self to atleast finish it, but the end just hurt. She kills the teacher, who we find out she has ben in love with for a whole 6 years with one kiss (how dramatic). At that point I was forced to turn this crap off. I have found life time origonal movies more tolerable than this junk. Any one who can find a shred of credebility in this film, with exception of the fact that the movie seems to spoof itself unknowingly, should not be allowed to give there opinion on movies. And yes I know my spelling is terable, thank you."
