A must!!! Beautiful storyline....

"And absolutely beautiful storyline, and very real. This story will make you really think about what true love is. How love comes unexpectedly, loves potential challenges, appreciating real love....forgiveness, and realization that love brings. This story will make you appreciate love, respect its power, and think twice about losing it foolishly. Very moving, especially the unexpected finale. Brothers should see this movie. Sisters should see this movie. Couples need to see this movie...whether your love is strong, or your still trying to define, and find your way. The premier sister in this movie delivers a powerful message. Great Movie!!!"
Pleasantly surprised

"In the days, where blackfolks have to be thumping and bumping all over the screen, to get attention...Somebody, anybody, everybody's gotta get shot at or drugged up... or its Amos and Andy Y2k :-))..I thought this movie was a very pleasant surprise. It was mature look at a situation that many young black folks find themselves in. Unmarried, a parent, trying to maintain employment, trying to find love, these are real situations. The brother in "Amour Infinity" is a part of his son's life and is responsible too. A positive black male, now that's refreshing. I really, really enjoyed this movie and thought it was well written and the people were not just caricatures. I would recommend it highly to those filmwatchers who enjoy dialogue, a good storyline and a jazz flavored soundtrack. A couple of scenes that needed more work but over all, surely a movie that black folk can be extremely proud of."
Man, what a movie!

"amour Infinity is one of the best independent black movies I've ever seen. ... I think Jerry Lamothe is one of the most talented newcomers in the game.... He shot this film on digital for next to nothing. I'm one of the many fans who can't wait to see his next movie next year called, "From The Outside Looking In' starring Isiah Washington, Mos Def, Allen Payne and Terrence Howard. You go boy!"
