Why would a 42 year old man be purchasing a Beavis and Butthead DVD? Because it was one of the funniest shows on television when it was on. I was an original fan when there were only about 5 to 6 episodes even in existence, so that if you started watching on Monday you were seeing the repeats by Wednesday. However I do remember once reading an article in a magazine where David Letterman was quoted as saying that it was one of the only shows that he found consistenly funny. That says it all. If you like this then check out Freaks and Geeks. Great writing and great characters." |
