Movie ReviewsNot worth the money cellista | Missouri | 02/06/2008 (1 out of 5 stars) "I bought this at the local video store, thinking "Hey, I need to work on my abs, and this has six different workouts to do just that!" To my extreme disappointment, however, this thing turned out to be more of a teaser for Inspired Wellness's other workout DVDs. I think the whole point is to show the viewer what the actual DVDs are like but not give them enough of a workout so they go out and buy the real DVDs. I'm taking it back tomorrow to sell it back to the video store. I would NOT recommend this to anyone, unless they were looking to waste some change."
