Movie Reviews

Not so good.
Guilherme M Malufe | Brazil | 03/07/2000
(2 out of 5 stars)

"I'm sorry to say it, but when I first saw the comments here, I thought it was going to be a wonderful video. When I saw it myself, I found it awful. Most of the time they show only old Blue Angels' planes. I thought they were gonna show some demonstration or something like this. Frustrating."
Excellent history of the Blue Angels

"This is a motivating video narrated by John Travolta with great background music. The Video introduces you to the founder of the Blue Angels and describes how the team originated. The film takes you through 50 years of precision flying and describes in detail how the team prepares for each demonstration. Beautiful photography. Excellent!!"
Reasonable video but poor audio

"Provides a good history of the Blue Angels but was made before Dolby Digital. There is no 5.1 or surround so don't expect to show off your system with this one."
Everything you wanted to know about the Blue Angels
Dan Vander Haar | Grand Rapids, Mi. | 03/04/2000

"This is a great video/DVD to suppliment other action Blue Angels video. There is less emphasis on current flying stunts, and more on the background and history from 1946 on. If you want more current action, try something else. BUt this will give you an appreciation for the background of these great flyers."
