Movie Reviews

Alright

(3 out of 5 stars)

"This movie has pretty good acting for an indie film, especially one made in Canada. Haha. I kid, I kid.

The story involves a child-killing boogeyman terrorizing a town for Satan, and the people who are working to stop him. Aside from a brief bit of painful exposition, and a cute actress who twitched a bit to much(and looked DEAD at the camera at least twice), this movie's actually alright.

It's even got Lloyd Kaufman of Troma fame in it as the mayor, delivering a couple hilarious speeches from his own Troma studios office.

Don't buy it alone, though. There's a set called "A Night to Dismember" which has this and 11 other recent indie films in it for about the same price."
