Back in the day when going to the movies was an "event" there were a few made that were true standouts and special! This is one of them! In fact this is actually two separate movies in one case. You get Boys Town (1938) as well as Men of Boys Town (1941) starring Spencer Tracy and Mickey Rooney plus a cast of hundreds of boys who portrayed youngsters who needed a home and love and found both through Father Flanagan.
