Sage Kaplan | City of Lost Angels | 11/02/2005 (4 out of 5 stars) "I think this title is what is now called The Ultimate Metabolism Boosting Workout, but I could be wrong. However, even if I am, I would highly recommend this DVD title. You get 25 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes upper body, 10 minutes lower body, and 10 minutes abs using a circuit-training method. Included in the DVD case is a free stretchy fitness band of not very good quality or lenght. I use 3-5lb weights where the band would be used for toning. Don't be fooled into buying the 3-pack DVD set, which also has a similar title, thinking you are getting something different.
