The Greatest Thing to Come Out Of New Zealand Since the Grea

"This is one of the best independent films I've seen. It's about a group of poor college students who take up residence in an abandoned house for the semester. They manage to find a key for the basement and open the door to find a healthy crop of marijuana growing. They decide to sell it and split the profits. The owner then shows up to find his crop has been harvested. He's discovered wandering around in the basement and gets locked in before he can do the students any harm. If they let him out, he may kill them for squandering his fortune. You have to ask, what would you do?"
