There’s nothing worse than a bad sci-fi film, and there’s not many worse sci-fi films than this one. A pregnant (!) cyborg flees to the cyborg version of the Island of Misfit Toys, where the badly-damaged populace must fight off the Recycler, a spare-parts collector/reseller, and his rag-tag army of bad actors on motorcycles. I must have lost thirty IQ points watching this dreck.
