"Not what I expected. I thought there would be new moves or music, something inspiring to exercise. It was just the same old moves and actually very boring. The diet plan not at all something i would do. the steps to success also not anything I would do. So, I felt gyped for $70.00 + ."

"I went from Jillian Michael's 30 day shred to slim in 6, so slim seemed REALLY easy! I was sneaking in Jillian's moves to get a better workout. It was very good for beginners, but if you want to see results you have to push a lot harder than what Debbie has you doing. She says do "as much as you can" and "take a break," but that takes away from the effectiveness! You really just have to keep going and push harder when you're tired, that's "when it counts" according to Jillian."
Great to get back in shape

"I purchased this in the early spring to try to get into shape by the summer. I started with Start it Up and for me, it wasn't challenging enough, so I immediately went to the second, Ramp it up. It's approx 49 mins and I was sweating. I tried to do this at least 5 days a week. sure enough, after two weeks I really started to see results. I still was getting out of breath with Ramp it Up, so I didn't go immediately to Burn it Up.
After about 4 weeks, I was really looking toned and fit. I stayed with the second program through the summer. I love this program. I don't have to worry about what I wear, as there are no more bulges or muffin top! Highly recommend this if you have at least 1 hr at least 5 days a week to devote to this. you won't be disappointed.
For a little background, I do walk and have a stair stepper and 5 and 10 lb weights, and did use those until I got this DVD.

Of course you also have to watch your diet. I didn't go crazy, just tried to eat more fresh fruits, whole grains etc. I still had my occasional eggplant parm hero or my linguine with clam sauce, and this dvd made it possible to eat what I wanted.

Love this and can't recommend it enough."
