Movie Reviews

Remarkable

(5 out of 5 stars)

"After seeing two live performances recently by Dose Hermanos, I knew I had to see this DVD. The visual images keyed to the music enable you to see what you are hearing. It demonstrates how the communication between these two very talented and gifted musicians works and makes their ability to improvise and their playfullness come alive right before your eyes. The images add excitement and interest, but do not take over -- it is still about the music -- the music is what hits you. If you are not sure -- close your eyes and listen -- it is remarkable."

"A great combination of mind blowing visuals, with wacky, way out music played by one of the best out there, Bob Bralove, and Tom Constanten, both of whom used to play with the Grateful Dead. The space shows it. Excellent use of color and sound! Thanks"
