Blackout DVD

"This is the best DVD of the World Tournament Saga. All three episodes are packed with action. This is one DVD you just can not be without. Videl then gets ready to battle Spopovitch. Videl trys her hardest, but that is not enough to defeat Spopovitch. How did this giant get his power? He was charmed by Babidi and has become a Majin! Spopovitch was in control and crushed Videl. Winning the match was not enough. Spopovitch now wanted to kill Videl! You need to buy this DVD if you want to find out what happens to Videl. Gohan now reveals himself as the Great Saiyaman! He will now fight Kibito. Kibito wants to see Gohan's Super Saiyan powers. Gohan then turns into a Super Saiyan to battle his opponent. Just then Spopovitch and Yamu jump out and attack the young Super Saiyan! The two Majin warriors then take Gohan's energy by using a divice. Gohan's energy will be used to revive Majin Buu! And what will happen to Gohan? You have to get this explosive DVD!"

"Sorry but you got the wrong tape to the guy below-the fight between Trunks and Goten is two tapes earlier on the Junior Division tape and it's not a tie...Trunks wins. Then comes the Draw tape which refers to them drawing numbers for the adult tournament not a tie in a match. The blackout tape is after all that when Videl faces Supopo Bitchi and the Majins go after Gohan's power and stuff but you are right the fight between Goten and Trunks did rule and Trunks earned his right to embarass Mr. Satan(see Draw tape!)"
Finally! Funimation gets it right!

"If you've collected any of the early DBZ DVD's and were as dissapointed as I was, here's a nice change. Finally Funimation is including Japanese and English versions on the same DVD and running them as individual episodes instead of the hour long "mini-movie" versions the first several DVD's were released in. I've been watching the Japanese versions since before the DVD's came out and I personally LIKE the dubbed version. The music is better and, at least in this DVD, there aren't any cuts. The VHS's of the same episodes are similar to the Cartoon Network version. You'll find this DVD, in both languages, call Mr. Satan by his name instead of Hercule. The VHS has SATAN scrubbed from all the building and vehicles. This is veiwable in Japanese WITH the Japanese titles and credits OR in English with English titles and credits. BLACKOUT actually has 4 episodes instead of 3, allowing it to end with a little more closure than it would have had at the end of the third episode.
The "Great Sayaiman Saga" leading up to the episodes included here will begin their run on Cartoon Network in mid-September 2001, but they are likely to seem like a completely different show by the time CN finishes their chopping. I recommend this if you are true DBZ fan!"

"I'd put the covers on these guides but I don't know how. I have the covers.A Dark and Secret Power - Videl takes to the ring for what is expected to be an easy victory over Spopovitch. Videl hits the towering brute with everything she's got, but her attacks have no effect. It seems Spopovitch is possessed by a supernatural power not his own!Videl Is Crushed - With his seemingly unlimited supply of super strength, Spopovitch easily takes control of the match. To the horror of all, he delays his inevitable victory for the purposes of torturing Videl! And it looks like the muscle-bound thug isn't going to stop until he kills her! Will Videl make it out of the ring alive?Identities Revealed - Gohan's luck runs out, as his identity is discovered when he takes his place on the tournament floor. But Gohan has other things to worry about; his opponent Kibito is determined to see him transform into a Super Saiyan! Gohan had better be careful, evil eyes are closely watching his every move!Energy Drain - Gohan transforms into a Super Saiyan in the middle of the arena, and Spopovitch and Yamu spring into action! Armed with a mysterious device that drains his energy, the pair launch an attack on the golden-haired teen. Will Gohan survive this vicious assault?"
