Member Movie Reviews Rick B. from GLENVIEW, IL Reviewed on 6/9/2013... I liked this a lot, but...you have to watch it ready to be charmed. It's fun to watch what a Saturday afternoon theater movie used to be.
Plus - Dick Tracy's adversary? KARLOFF. Yes, you read that right. Boris Karloff is Gruesome. Gruesome! His biggest enemy! Tracy's Joker, or Lex Luthor, or Green Goblin. And the actress who plays Nancy Drew also gets her pitch-perfect. Spunky almost to the point of annoying. Too bad I don't know her from other things - she's pretty talented. All you people who gave two stars are just haters. |
