Helps if you really need to relax and are so tired that you are not able to fell asleep. From the begining the music seems a bit strange and I asked myself did this thing relax. IT DID. I listened to it around 9 PM and went immediatly to bed. Good result I had very sound sleep. Then I invited about ten friends of mine to watch it. 3 of them fell asleep almost in the beginnig. Everybody was happy with it."
