The first half is on people using Chi Kung to focus energy to do amazing things. The second half is all on using Chi Kung to lift weight and develop chi by hanging weights from the genitals. This is a true Chi Kung, but a strange and esoteric type. Not for the kids and can be very dangerous for people to attempt this on their own. I recommend this DVD only for martial artists and others who are very interested in Chi Kung."
