"This is the most stupid and boring workout video I have ever seen (and did). I don't know who this instructor is, never heard of her before. I picked it up because of the title to be honest. She has nice set of legs for sure but she nor her routine offer any motivation at all to go through her tedious and painfully boring workout. I have 100+ workout videos and can confidently say that you can skip this one and save your money and time."

"I got this dvd about 2 years ago and I've only done it 2 times once after I got the dumb thing and then today and I rember why I set it aside to gather dust! you start out with not info about what your going to do and then jump from one thing to another with out her telling you untill she has already done so! Don't spend your money on this."
