Interesting, brief overviews on each animal species.

Another total waste of time, just like part one. A bunch of hand waving and wishful thinking attempting to pass itself off as "education".

More Challenges for Evolution, Showing Design in Creation
Angela J. Zaev | Greater DC Region | 12/24/2008
(4 out of 5 stars)

"Considering the proliferation of the theory of evolution in our culture and in our educational institutions, a scientist who asserts his belief in Creationism, whether it is from a Young Earth Creationism or Old Earth Creationism standpoint or even from an Intelligent Design perspective, is bound to unnerve some when he calls into question the claims of evolutionists. To some, his constant calling into question of the scientific claims of evolutionists may come across as condescending, but then again, we ought to consider the treatment that the faith community receives when it comes to holding a belief in a Creator. See the DVD Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed or Icons Of Evolution.

Like the other DVD's in this series, this DVD is well done with great close-ups of the animals described. There is no indication as to the appropriate age-range, but seems to be geared toward middle-school and up, and I would say toward late middle school.

Volume I of this series, Incredible Creatures That Defy Evolution 1, sticks more to describing animals. This particular volume also addresses similar material as is presented in the Icons of Evolution DVD I mention above in regard to Haeckel's Embryos, while proven to not be scientifically accurate, is still published in textbooks and presented as fact. The majority of the segments in Volume II still do focus on amazing animals. My favorite segment was the one about the The Pacific Golden Plover."
Very interesting look at design!

"Our entire family (including a 4 & 6 year-old) enjoyed this and learned quite a bit. For those who think that science has proven evolution - this film series presents numerous animals whose intricate design cannot be explained by pure chance or a transition from one form to another. Including intricate details on birds, fireflies, glowworms, whales, and earthworms. It also points out "demonstrations" of evolution that have admittedly been proven false, but still appear in textbooks across the country.

What an incredible series

"I purchased vol. 1 and then decided to also purchase volumes 2 and 3 as well. We are thoroughly enjoying these videos. I am using them as part of my homeschool science curriculum. My kids beg to watch more than we have scheduled for the day. For all of us, it's amazing to see how God created these animals just the way they needed to be to survive!"
