This is new, only done once. I unfortunately find this too easy and basic. I invested in this video. Mr. Abdo's comments and motions during the walk were in my opinion silly and goofy. One look at the facial expressions of the three ladies exercising with him made me feel that they would like to be anywhere but in this cramped studio moving around this overtly cheerful exercise guru. I suffered through the end of the video and promply put this item in a giveaway pile."
