"Three unique workouts on one DVD. VERTICAL ABS: Since this is a very intense workout, you do only one set of 10 reps for each exercise. The exercises are done standing or seated -- none lying down. SLOW & STEADY TOTAL BODY: You do only one set per body part, but since you move very slowly, you are absolutely feeling a peak workout after doing all your body parts.
