This is the original disc with original description, but is in a jewel case. The original owner kept her dvd's in a binder. DVD is in excellent condition.

"Three unique workouts on one DVD. VERTICAL ABS: Since this is a very intense workout, you do only one set of 10 reps for each exercise. The exercises are done standing or seated -- none lying down. SLOW & STEADY TOTAL BODY: You do only one set per body part, but since you move very slowly, you are absolutely feeling a peak workout after doing all your body parts. VERTICAL FAT-ZAPPING: A briskly-moving workout that supersets between three exercises for the same body part."
