The DVD is a compilation of live performances, music videos and short films that features over 20 bands. The live footage is the most impressive part of the disc, with the Gossip's Beth Ditto giving a performance that would have landed her a deal with Motown. Sleater-Kinney, Quix*o*tic, and Xbxrx have all made my list of bands to see thanks to their performances on this DVD. The music videos highlight the label's lo-fi ethics and its sense of humor, things Gravy Train!!!!, Deerhoof and Men's Recovery Project seem to have an abundance of.
