Movie Reviews

Amazing

"If you like the music of Santana and want a video of spectacular nature footage that morfs through different landscapes from the perspective of a free flying astral traveller, then this is for you. I love it and can watch it repeatedly. It is high quality sound and video."
...wallpaper my brain with this video.

"David Fortney should VJ at rave parties. He would kill it. It has been noted that this package is attractive to Santana fans, and the film certainly captures the essence of the music quite well; but as a backdrop for EDM it works a treat. Fortney has a special touch with water, either calm mirrorlike surfaces or cascading falls; and also with keying segments together in a way that the natural world looks at once strikingly alien and hauntingly familiar. The unfortunate use of ridiculous and cheesy CGI effects to enhance a certain few segments was not enough to keep me from thoroughly enjoying this DVD on its own, and I was surprised to hear some club-goers commenting on these parts as being among their favorite, when the video was used as a backdrop for other music. I would gladly wallpaper my brain with this video. Buy!"
