Movie Reviews15 minutes of a decent workout LK | 04/20/2010 (2 out of 5 stars) "I don't mind that it's just 15 minutes of actual workout, but what I do mind is that the 45 minute chains the workout 3 times back to back so you get to warm up, stretch, workout, cool down and then do it all again 2 more times to get a 45 minute workout.
Not cool. DVD editing is mature enough that the 45 minute workout should have had one warmup and one cooldown and the rest in between the workout. " |
