Strong start until the middle. A young Willem Dafoe and CSI's William Petersen shine in this in a different light. The plotline was really cool and some of the history was really neat as shown BUT they started jumping the shark. You will still enjoy this if you enjoy and cops and robbers and Dafoe and Peterson.
