Stunning Insight into (not only) Mason Jennings but music
Brooklyn Marie | Iowa City, IA USA | 10/11/2004
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This journey of the release of Jennings' "Use your Voice" is amazing. It follows the band members (without too much personal detail) through their trials and tribulations of life on the road, recording on a non-major label and the development of the music. The cinematography is amazing and is not overly jumpy like a lot of other music dvds. Definitely one of the best I've seen thus far. It plays on the processes musicians go through (but doesn't pick up the "poor, pity me--i live on the road vibe) and really focuses on the meaning behind the music. A must for any Mason Jennings fan. I take that back, a must for anyone interested in music."
