Relive the magic

"Great set. The 2 hour pilot episode was as riveting now as when it originally aired. Although certain aspects have aged (ie music, fashion) the action and plot withstand the test of time. I am amazed at some of the subject matter that was able to get on prime time air when it did (pornography rings, drug smuggling, etc) and in such detail and realism. But this is essential to Michael Mann's modus operandi. If you are a true Michael Mann and Vice fan, this set is something you won't be able to do without (and in crisp, DVD resolution!) If you are not, well you might just think it's a relic of the 80s."
Simply one of the best shows ever

"Cool cops, lots of action, interesting guest stars, great music, Edward James Olmos emoting like mad, and amazingly atmospheric cinematography combine to create the seminal TV show of the 1980s."
The Classic Of Miami Vice

"Though there is argument what the best time of Miami Vice was, there is no disputing the first two seasons were the "classic" vice everyone has come to know any love. The style was the most prevalant here, and the characaters in true form. Also, the songs usually associated with the show were found in these seasons as well. The show was great and really entertaining. If you're looking to remember the classic vice, these two seasons will give you your fill."
