I have been enjoying it at the end of the day!! I use it as part of my end of the day, get ready for bed routine. I have always had trouble falling asleep, so this helps to slow down, relax, destress, and prepare to sleep. Exercises are relaxing, it focuses on breathing, they are only 3 or 4 minutes each, so I do as many as I need, or have time for. One I will continue to use for this.

"I've been doing yoga and Pilates for years and working out regularly for a while. While I enjoy "powerful", strong yoga or intense stretching, sometimes I want to stretch just to feel good, not to "progress". This 25 minute DVD, divided into seven sections, easily fills that requirement.

It starts out with a soothing roll down, first to the center, then to the sides, then back to the center. Next section focuses on the hips, with some forward rolls and twists, and then we move onto a neck stretch. Afterwards is a hip opener that finds you on your back and slowly rolling through your hips. Back to seated for some forward bends, then standing again to work more deeply into rotating your back, and then finally lying down to work on your breathing for a brief relaxation. Each section has one or two exercises, but they are down slowly, so the two to four minutes you spend on each is well-spent. You can do them all for one 25 minute relaxation, or you can do them in pieces. 4 out of 7 can be done seated, so most people should be able to get some relief.

This stretched out my back and neck when it was spasming, and overall made me feel very peaceful. Highly recommended."

"I tried her other Spirit flow almost a year ago & wrote a lengthy review. She moves so slow, you'll fall asleep. She does basic exercises that most dance, etc. use as warm up & she then proceeds to take a 5-7 min warm up & turn it into 22 min.
This is best for those who are totally out of shape or can't exercise. Otherwise save your money.
The production quality is great & I do agree if she has that big a chest (hey she was born lucky), she shouldn't be wearing such a low-cut tank shirt & the bikini on the beach scene... it must be for the men.

I'd write what's in it, but I don't have to since you can see almost the whole thing on youtube.

Eye candy for the guys, but didn't work for me...

"I had trouble taking this routine seriously. First off Michelle LeMay starts by talking about yoga, laying forward with her large chest in plain view. Then in the routines it seems to be all about her and how she looks, including yoga on the beach in a skimpy bikini.

In addition, I think the DVD quality is poor. When played on my DVD player it broke up (like the cheap ones do). I had also purchased one of LeMay's other DVDs and it wouldn't even play. I sent my copy back to Amazon."
