This movie was very graphic in its insinuations at some points, and of course its story line is based on a rape, but the emotional journey the woman and man go through is quite beautiful. They are both equally affected by the horror of the rape, and the way the characters develop is fascinating. It does go a bit slowly, which doesn't bother me but might bother someone else. Robin Tunney did a beautiful job playing a rape victim and Joel Edgerton does a fantastic job playing the emotionally torn fiance. Beautiful performance, if a bit scary and graphic at times. P.S. Robin Tunney likes to get naked a lot in this movie and not much is left to the imagination.

Trauma mars a young couple's lives

(3 out of 5 stars)

"When a young woman is raped in her photography studio in the garage,
life changes for her and her boy friend.
The rocky months that stand between them
and getting it right
make new people of them both.
I liked the movie."
