I have seen a lot of substandard DVDs released to the video market in my days of collecting but this is the absolute worst quality....ever! This looks like a 12th generation VHS tape that has been transferred directly to DVD without any attempts at re-mastering. It is ridiculously bad. I hate to criticize any video company but Cheezy Flicks is known for this. True that they release many hard to find titles but in this case, I'd rather go without the movie than to buy this junk.
