Movie Reviews

Body Count in my HOUSE!
cd-heaven | ROCK CITY | 10/15/2005
(4 out of 5 stars)

"Oh yeah! Man, I own quite a few concert DVDs and why I certainly am choosey as to what I expect a concert DVD to be, this one exceeds my expectations. First off, the concert is only about 35 minutes, but Ice-T and BC are tight, kick-ass set and deliver a knockout 10 song set of material from their first 2 albums (the self titled debut and the follow up Born Dead). Now I am a bit dismayed to not see any material from their last, Violent Demise CD in the set, but in 30 minutes, most of their well know material is from the first 2 albums so it's no big deal. Actually I was not a fan of Born Dead when it was first released, but know hearing the songs in a living setting, they actually kick ass. In summary, Body Count blaze through 10 songs, and dispite the commentary above that the band was battling sound problems and rain, it does not affect their performance at all. The Sound, the Video and the Band are all A++ material, definitely worth the $10.00 amazon.com is selling for. You wont be disappointed."
