"Contents of this DVD. Spirit Breathing exercises (also called, Zookinesis) were developed at the beginning of human civilization when people were still living in harmony with nature. They are imitations of animal movements and behavior.
Ancient people believed they could use these exercises to bring the spirits of animals within their own bodies. Over the millenia, a sophisticated system was developed to greatly increase health, unite mind and body, develop greater concentration of the mind and the flexibility and power of the body. These exercises then gave rise to Tai-chi, Yoga and other exercises.
This DVD presents the basic level of Spirit Breathing Workout based on the movements of tiger, snake and the mythological dragon. Detailed instructions are given including how to do each exercise while sitting in a chair. Many menu chapters make this DVD easy to use.
