"This program is an "OK" for seniors. Actually, if might be better than OK, but the presentation seemed remote and stiff. If you really want a GREAT program for seniors ( especially targeted for disabilities or beginners) try Gentle Fitness by Catherine MacRae. What it does better than most is to incorporate a very wide diversity of many types of exercises. The actual video shots are some of the best and MacRae and the group seem to make themselves at home with you."
