This turbo jam workout is basically a half hour of the Turbo sections of the Cardio Party DVDs. She warms you up, shows you the choreography for the coming Turbo at a slower pace and then the siren rings and you repeat the choreography at a higher intensity for about a minute and a half. There are about 4 total higher intensity turbo sections each following the slower paced low intensity run though. This is followed by cool down and Tai chi stretch that runs about 6 minutes. Not a great everyday workout, too intense, unless you like that sort of thing everyday... Very sweaty one, not really too much actual kickboxing. Lots if jumping!
