Movie Reviews

Half the size, half the episodes
Simon | Brampton, ON | 04/25/2005
(2 out of 5 stars)

"This mini-dvd is based off the already released 'normal' DVD of the same name, only instead of packing 6 episodes like the original did you'll only get three. Included are 'Final Exam', 'Sisters', and 'Divide and Conquer', but missing are 'Forces of Nature', 'Sum of His Parts' and 'Nevermore'. It's disappointing since these were the better episodes from this collection as well.

Only recommended for the novelty value of owning a mini-disc (which as these things become more common, won't be novel for long). Completists should skip this release and grab the original."
Small in size, Big in fun.

"It may be half the size and half the episodes of the original DVD, but I still like this. This mini-DVD has three of my favorite episodes from the first season. The episodes the mini disc has are the one where Cyborg quits, and the first appearances of Blackfire and the HIVE. Sure, the other three episodes aren't on here as does the bonus features, but I'd settle for first three episodes. Like I said, they're my favorites."
