Kolb | harris, mn USA | 11/14/2006 (5 out of 5 stars) "the recording, picture quality and performance on this dvd is outstanding. recorded live at jazzopen stuttgart in june of 1994. it's a real treat to see these three performers on a dvd recording. it's rare to see ECM artists on dvd with the exception of people like keith jarrett. the dialogue between ripdal, vitous and gurtu is exceptional. i love the spaciness of ripdal's guitar work, the creative percussion of gurtu and the bass of vitous. these three appear to be quite comfortable playing together. there is plenty of interaction and solo's to be content with. i highly recommend this dvd if you enjoy any of these three artists. you will not be disappointed."
