Angie is a certified instructor and gained 58 lbs with her pregnancy. She lost all the weight within a year (12 months prior to filming this video). She is also a full-time working mom, and faced many obstacles to her weight loss, including a rib injury that prolonged her recovery time. This video includes an 'About Angie' section that describes some of those obstacles and offers encouragement for those fighting up-hill weight loss battles. DVD FEATURES
The DVD is advanced, but beginners can do it too! Angie gives encouragement to get through those tough sets. Most exercises are low impact, however, there are some higher impact moves which show modifications. The various pre-mixes have different levels of intensity. The lower body calorie torcher is incredible! You will have your heart rate elevated and will be dripping sweat! MENU AND EQUIPMENT NEEDED
The menu allows you to choose from short or long workouts depending on how much time you have. Each pre-mix allows you to skip the warmup if you wanted to do your own warmup, and then get right to the workout. There is a count-down timer to help you make it through those last tough reps. You need light to medium weights, exercise mat and a Step is optional for added intensity. Total exercises = 85 min
