The ULTIMATE Fight Package
Balustre Strade | 12/19/2007
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This DVD is definitely a MUST have for every FIGHT or Halford's fan !! This DVD contains a lot of what FIGHT has released, be it a very interesting documentary about the band, the concert part from lots of different places, the clips from the WOW album : Nailed to the gun, Immortal Sin & Little Crazy which look really great, and finally, 4 live piece from the MTV Headbanger's ball which are stunning too !!

As far as the show is concerned, it has been stated that the video is from lots of dates from Tokyo, Seattle, Phoenix, Paris etc, but it all looks really well and powerful ! I really can't understand how this great DVD could be seen as a disappointment for a Fight fan... As I said , it's a must have !!

As a bonus, you'll have a remaster and remixed version of the first fight MASTERPIECE : War of Words... Plus, the package is absolutely beautiful, with a great 20 page booklet !!

Fight is definitely an underrated band... If you don't know them yet, I think this is a really good introduction ! You won't regret !!"
Fight - War Of Words The Film DVD Review
Metal God Entertainment | Phoenix, AZ | 12/17/2007
(5 out of 5 stars)

"War Of Words The Film starts with a documentary about the band. Interviews with Rob Halford are the centerpiece, and he explains how he formed the band with guitarists Brian Tilse and Russ Parrish, bassist Jay Jay and drummer Scott Travis. There is also footage of various Fight rehearsals and the band in the recording studio.

There's also a full-length concert of 12 songs that were shot in various cities throughout Fight's 1993-1994 tour. There were songs filmed in Portland, Paris, Denver, Munich and more. Because of that, each song has a little different feel and there's a different look and vibe. Still, it flows together well and the audio and video quality are good.

The bonus material on the DVD includes music videos for three Fight songs along with a live performance at Sony Music Studios in New York and a trailer for Halford Live At Rock In Rio III. They only released a couple of albums, but Fight were an excellent band, and this DVD captures them well, both on and off stage."
AWESOME!!!!

"This DVD and CD are AWESOME!!!!!! Thanks Rob and Metal God Entertainment

'Fight War Of Words - The Film' brilliantly documents a key moment in Heavy Metal history combining behind-the-scenes, hand-held and pro-shot footage of Fight's original 1992 K5 rehearsal and demonstration-recording sessions; 1993 Amsterdam recording sessions of the original War Of Words Epic / Sony audio release, and pre-tour interviews climaxing with a full-length 5.1 concert filmed at 22 venues in 20 select cities during Fight's first five months of its '1993 - 1994 Nailed To The Road / War Of Words World Tour.'

Rare audio and film footage of Fight's earliest concert performances in Europe, United Kingdom, USA, Mexico and Japan have been restored. Stereo and 5.1 Dolby surround mixes have been produced by Roy Z. 5.1 Dolby surround encoding and mastering for DVD and The Metal God's Theatrical Premiers handled by industry giant Technicolor."

"Not writing a book about this lets just say it was great. Starts off with cool footage of them recording. Lots of old stuff I thought was interesting but most of all I am into this kind of music so if you like Halford, Preist or Fight get it."
