The music is not overwhelming. Anastasia's narration is never irritating and contains really helpful information about each pose, how it should be executed, and the benfits it has for your tennis game. Flexibility is a big part of being a good tennis player and this practice will no doubt help improve it. Yoga is also excellent for improving core strength. Core strength is critical for maintaining balance on the court and for injury prevention. Thanks Anastasia!" |
