Movie Reviews

One of the worst dubs i have ever seen.

"There is only one word to describe the episodes in this dvd and all the other episodes, it SUCKS! Don't get me wrong I love yu-gi-oh (also known as 'game King') but 4kids, the translators totally killed this show, they changed the original names to horrible ones like 'tea gardner' and 'Joey wheeler', also 'Duke Devlin' I'd go with Anzu Mazaki,Jounouchi Katsuya and Otogi Ryuugi anyday thank you very much! They cut out all the swearing, violence and even edited out scenes with guns/knifes/blood too, they changed the plot sooo much, and Yami's name is NOT Yami, the whole purpose of battle city is trying to get the other yugi's memory baack and to find his real name, yami's name is other yugi or other me as yugi would put it, other yugi does not find that he is a pharoah until he meets Isis Ishtar. What I really find annoying it the VOICES, the voices suck.. the beggining song is stupid, they changed the original japanese opeining and ending theme which are really good they have singing that is much better, honestly I even cringe at giving this...junk one star but there's no zero star option,i think, do yourself a favor and get the subtitled japanse version I already have the seasons 1 to 7 on my dvd's =P so with that I leave you to your opinion,"

"yugi and tea go to the domino museam here they meet a egypian named isheizo. she tells yugi about what happened 5 thousand years ago and yugi finds out that the spirit of his puzzle is named yami. she tells yugi that he must rescue mankind once again and a duel monsters tournament is about to begin. so yugi enters the tournamnet. this also has two other episodes stalked by the rare hunters and yugi vs. the rare hunter part 1"
Very Funny, Very Intrigueing

"I highly recomend this DVD, in one of the episodes Yugi and Yami switch (not for a duel, mind you) but so that Yami can hang-out with Tea all-day and try to work out his problems. When Yami and Yugi switch the way Yami reacts is priceless!"
