Biography: A former professional wrestler in his native Britain known as "Leon Arris, the Man from Paris," Brian Glover became a character actor in Kenneth Loach's Kes (1969). In the early '70s, Glover appeared frequently as a television guest star and only later in the decade did he become a familiar figure on the big screen in such films as The Great Train Robbery! (1979), Alien 3 (1992), and Leon the Pig Farmer (1993). |
