Biography: French model/actress Carole Bouquet studied philosophy at the Sorbonne in Paris before making her film debut in Luis Buñuel's That Obscure Object of Desire. In a role shared with Ángela Molina, she played Conchita, the title character who so intrigues leading man Fernando Rey. The next year she appeared in Bertrand Blier's black comedy Buffet Froid (Cold Cuts), starring Gérard Depardieu. |
