Biography: Stage actor Lou Antonio was billed seventh as "Abdul" in his first film, Elia Kazan's America America (1963). Antonio's sandpaper features resurfaced in such subsequent films as Hawaii (1966) and Cool Hand Luke (1967); thereafter, he worked almost exclusively in television. He co-starred in the weekly series The Snoop Sisters and Dog and Cat, and was top-billed as Det. |
