A most well done piece of work.
The characters are believable, rich and lively.
The story moving and persuasive.
The path you are taken down is full of excitement, adventure and intrigue. It is one of my personal favorites and I can watch it over and over again. I especially enjoy the setting era centered around the time of Napoleon's life in exile. The costuming is well done and convincing. Definitely a 5 star "take me away for a moment" movie for a mountain mother of 6 who can't swing the actual vacation!
