Based on the book that inspired the Paul Verhoeven film Starship Troopers, this animated series offers adventure and thrills. The disc comes to DVD with a standard full-frame transfer. Closed-captioned English soundtracks are rendered in both Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby Digital Surround, while French, Portuguese, and Spanish soundtracks have been recorded in Dolby Digital Stereo. Subtitles are accessible in all of those languages as well as Chinese, Korean, and Thai. Supplemental materials include a photo gallery and trailers.
