Peter Masterson's snowy action film Arctic Blue comes to DVD with a standard full-frame transfer. English and French soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital Stereo. Subtitles are accessible in both of those languages as well. Supplemental materials include a commentary track recorded by the director, and a theatrical trailer. Although the picture could be sharper, the commentary track saves this Columbia/TriStar release from being less than acceptable. ~ Perry Seibert, All Movie Guide
