This is an exploitive documentary of the infamous Milwaukee mass murderer. Though Jeffrey Dahmer was considered a pervert-picking up young boys, getting them drunk and stoned and then having sex-no one suspected him of murder, despite the stench that emanated from his tiny apartment. When he was finally caught, it was revealed that his apartment was a chamber of horrors, where he tortured his young victims to death, then sliced up the bodies and stored the parts in his freezer, among other places.
