Tells about a man struggling through life because he can not read. His wife used to do all the reading and writing before she died. His daughter is now sick and he needs to move nearer to the hospital giving her care. He has to sell the family home in the country and move to the city with his son and daughter and eventually needs to find a new job. He gives up false pride. However, it could have dealt with all of the lying he did. Lying is still a lie no matter why you do it - it's still a sin. "No liar shall enter the kingdom of God." 1 Cor. 6:8-10.
