I can't seem to find it in the help section. How long do we usually have to give a sender to respond before marking it RWAP? I was told by SAD to send a message to the sender first. It's been 4 days now and didn't get a response back yet.

I had a dvd (My Best Friends Girl) mailed to me which I watched the whole movie. The movie played fine but towards the end of it, there was a voice going over the weather and if it's going to snow and how cold it will be. The movie had nothing to do with snow and during the end scene they were in a restaurant and Kate Hudson was interrupting Dane Cook's date. It's been over a year since I've seen this movie and can't remember if just right before that scene, was there suppose to be a voice over about the weather?

I'm not sure if I should mark this DVD as received with a problem since it plays fine. The only thing that got me wondering is what I mentioned above.

I am kind of tight on budget this week and can't mail a dvd until next Friday. I have an order already and wanted to accept it but wanted to wait until the last minute or a day that can let me print and mail next Friday. How many days after they request do I have until I have to accept it? I can't remember.

Kathryn: The store I worked at must've been really strict on policy then. Lol. It had to be the same format for us. If you buy Widescreen but there's only Fullscreen left on the shelves then you can't return it. Have to wait til we get new ones in or call a different Wal-Mart to see if they have the correct format.

Kathryn: Must've been just the store I worked for then. When I was working at Wal-Mart, we couldn't get money back for opened DVD. Only DVD that weren't opened yet.

I think everyone has a time period. I wouldn't give the credit back if they accept it as no problem then 5 1/2 months later say there was a problem. Also to Greg, you can't refund a dvd even if you were a business owner doing a business transaction for money and not credit. You can only do an even trade for the same dvd per copyright laws. Unless if that law changed since I last worked at a retail store.

So something was on my wishlist and it auto requested for me while I wasn't online. Just realized that it's a double disc with 2 different movies on there and it's only 1 credit. The person sent the dvd to me already but shouldn't a 2 movie dvd be 2 credits? What would happen if he wants the 2nd credit and I'm out of credits right now?

The DVD I requested is Kickboxer 3 The Art of War / Kickboxer 4 The Aggressor

I don't think that's allowed because of copyright laws.

I don't think they'll make an app for blackberry since blackberry's are going out of date. Androids and iPhone are mostly taking over the market now. At least that's what it looks like.

So I'm not sure how to fix this? I provided the picture of what it's telling me.

The screen resolution is already on recommended and I tried all the other ones too and it's still saying this same thing.

That's actually different from mine. That person has the unknown with the locations but mine just says unknown with no locations as to where it's at.

It's actually coming to me. SwapaDVD sent me an email asking if I received the DVD yet and I haven't and just thought I'd check and that's the only thing showing. I know it may not get scanned but just thought it was weird to have the unknown. I'll take a look at the link you provided. Thanks.

So today, my next door neighbor, which is an old lady in her late 80's early 90's came by my door and dropped off the dvd telling me it came to her house on Saturday. I can understand that the PO made a mistake and dropped off my mail in her mailbox and she had to open the wrapper that the DVD came in. I know that she's old and probably can't see well and thus mistaken the name. I'm not so much mad at that part. What I'm mad about is I'm not sure if the DVD is RWAPable now or not because when the neighbor gave me the DVD, it had a piece of meat stuck on the back of the DVD. I took off the meat and try to play it and the DVD isn't playing. I try playing it on my mom's dvd player and my computer and won't work at all on the dvd player but will freeze after a couple minutes on the computer. I don't know what to do in this case. Any advice?

I received a DVD today and normally people, including myself, would put a kleenex or tissue inside to prevent the DVD from moving during the shipping. The DVD I got today attempted this but not with kleenex or tissue but with an article teaching about Catholic?

Not sure if I'm supposed to do something here. I gave my referral link to my cousin who wanted to rent movies to watch since he said he's always bored. Someone signed up a couple days after I gave him the link and the name of the person wasn't his and some different name so I asked him why he used a fake name. He told me he never signed up and gave my referral link to a friend in Nepal. I have a referral sitting there not verified that is not from the U.S. Do I just let it sit there or do I contact SAD to delete him? As far as I know, only people from the U.S. can join this site correct?

It rolled over but I cancelled the rolled over right after it went lost. I double checked the TA already before I posted this transaction.

I sent a contact to SAD to help me figure this out. Hopefully it'll work out better that way.

The DVD I got is not postage from the site. It's postage from the PO. I only requested one of these as far as I know.

This PM was received on May 9th so I'm guessing when she said last Thursday, she mean't May 5th that she mailed it?

Hi there, I wanted to let you know that the DVD Along Came Polly, just went into the mail Thursday of last week. I thought I had mailed it but it had fallen to the bottom of my workbag. Here's the stats of the DVD:

Now, I got a DVD today May 11 in the mail from someone that is from SAD because the SAD logo is on the wrapper and the movie that came was "Along Came Polly."

This DVD has a postmarked date of April 20, 2011. I am confused because I was sure that this DVD is from the sender that sent me the PM but the name of whoever sent this one was cut off and it only has my address and the address it came from and the request id#.

Is there a way I can check who sent me this DVD by the request ID#?

I would have just marked it as received because I can't see the address anymore on my TA but I can see that the state on the TA and the state matched what was on the packaging paper but I do not want to mark this senders DVD received if I haven't gotten it yet.
