I was thinking of a mailing a DVD on Sunday (even though there is no collection at the blue collection box on Sunday

but i was wondering if that could damage the DVD due to heat , since it would sit there for a good 12 to 24 hours waiting until the collection

time

has that happen to anyone?

I wouldn't worry too much about it. It may get warm in there, but without direct sunlight I don't think it will get hot enough to damage the disc or case or anything. What you DON'T want to do is leave it in the back window of your car or somewhere like that, where the sun is beating down on it. That's when this kind of stuff gets ruined.

But, then, that's just my $0.02!
